Leading Learning – Working in Harmony After Conflict
Conflict is an inevitable part of life, so there’s certainly no avoiding it at work. But what happens after the conflict has occurred? There are two options: you can either carry on without addressing it and go back to how it was, or you can handle it correctly and move forward in a positive, productive way. This course will explain how to do the latter, and how to manage this as a leader.
Covered in this course:
- Reframing any negative ideas of conflict
- Differences between passive and active listening
- How to effectively practice active listening
- How to break tension and move forwards after conflict
- How a leader can facilitate conflict resolution in their team
