Neurodiversity – Disclosing Neurodivergence

This course is designed to advise any individuals wishing to disclose a neurodivergent condition to others. It will highlight the different reasons why transparency surrounding neurodivergence in the workplace can be important to your professional life. It’ll explore the role disclosure can play in facilitating the availability of and access to the correct support and resources, as well as spreading positive awareness about neurodiversity in the workplace. Elsewhere the course will look at why ensuring clarity around the specific needs of neurodivergent employees is critical for creating an inclusive, supportive workplace.
