Neurodiversity – Autism at Work Program by SAP

SAP is a multinational software corporation, employing over 100,000 people worldwide. As part of this employment, the company runs an autism inclusion program called Autism at Work. It was launched in 2013 and involves offering support to autistic people in their careers at SAP. That includes having a hiring process, onboarding practices, and every-day accommodations and support that enable individuals on the autism spectrum to thrive. This course will provide an overview of the program, how it works and what it entails.
