Risk Management – Part 2 (Risk Assessment)
Assessing business risks is a critical step in the risk management process. Risk assessment allows an organization to recognise its risks, understand their significance, and then decide whether to take or treat them. This short course looks at how to identify, analyse and evaluate risks. It also explains the importance of communication and consultation throughout the risk management process.
This course can be taken on its own or with the other courses in the Risk Management series, which give an overview of risk management and cover risk treatment. The series is designed for employees new to risk management or who manage risk within their role.
