Regardless of the job you do or the industry you’re in, your workplace should be a safe and motivating atmosphere, free from harassment. But for too many Americans, this isn’t the case. Workplace sexual harassment is widespread, with studies estimating that anywhere from almost a quarter to more than eight in ten women experience it in their lifetimes. This course explains how the law defines “sexual harassment”, and the types of behaviors it includes. We look at ways that individuals and organizations can prevent sexual harassment, and how to respond to it if it occurs in your workplace.
