Many health risks are associated with sitting down for prolonged periods. When we’re busy at work, it can be easy to prioritize workload over wellbeing and you might feel like it’s difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle when on the job. By focusing on a few daily choices to stay active at work employees will become more productive and improve their well-being. This course will help employees recognize the consequences when sitting for prolonged amounts of time, while identifying the physical and mental benefits of being more active. It will also help them make daily choices to get them up and move at work.
