UB Validation Fundamental Outpatient
This course builds upon concepts taught in earlier courses and identifies the components of several outpatient claims and bill validation techniques.
- Identify the modifiers replacing modifier 59
- Explain the format of how and where the National Drug Code (NDC) is listed on the UB, when required
- Name the number of modifiers that may be appended to one HCPCS.
- List the modifier that may be added to an E&M code.
