Working in a Person-Centred Way
This course provides health and social care workers with the knowledge and skills to work in a person-centred way. Person-centred values focus on looking at individuality, appreciating that each person has their own identity, needs, choices, wishes, beliefs and values. ‘One size fits all’ does not work when it comes to providing care and support. Each individual needs support to make choices about their personal care and support.

- Practising person-centred care in your role
- The influence an individual’s environment has on their experience of receiving person-centred care
