Culture Series – Discrimination Prevention
Workplace discrimination may be defined differently around the world, but it often involves treating someone less favorably based on things like their age, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, age, sexual orientation, and gender identity by employers. It’s never acceptable, and in many countries it’s unlawful.
Using real-life situations and interactive design, this course helps to build a shared understanding of why discrimination is unacceptable at work. It describes discriminatory behavior and steps to take if an employee experiences this kind of treatment.
