Safety Leadership – Incident Reporting, Notification and Investigation (AU)
Reporting and investigating safety incidents is not to attribute blame – it’s an essential way of identifying issues so that don’t happen again. This course is geared towards individuals with management or control of the workplace, and covers the importance of promoting incident reporting, the requirement to notify regulators of notifiable incidents and principles of effective incident investigations.
