Questions & Answers about Litmos Pricing
What’s an Active user/ Unique login?
An “active user” or “unique login” is any trainer or trainee who signs in during the billing period. Once a user has become “active” for the 30 day period, there is no limit to the number of times they can login.
Many customers find that they only need 50% of their total trainee population under a plan. For example, if you have 1000 trainees in or outside your organization, then a 500 user plan should cover you depending on the frequency of training.
What forms of payment do you accept?
There’s no setup fee or credit card required to trial Litmos for 14 days. When you’re ready to upgrade your account we accept payment via Visa or Mastercard.
Payment by bank transfer can be arranged for annual accounts.
What if I need Salesforce.com or Single Sign On Integration?
We have deep integration into Salesforce.com and are part of their ISV Program. Please contact us for a specific quote if you require these items.
What happens if I exceed my monthly active users limit?
We won’t restrict you from adding new users when you need to. If you exceed the active users included in your plan you will be charged $5 per extra user at the start of the next billing period.
How does the 14 day free trial work?
All Litmos accounts start out as trial accounts. At any time during the first 14 days you can upgrade to a paid plan.
If you attempt login to Litmos after the trial period has expired, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan in order to proceed.1
Can I change plans at anytime?
