What's an Active user/ Unique login?
An "active user" or "unique login" is any trainer or trainee who signs in during the billing period. Once a user has become "active" for the billing period, there is no limit to the number of times he or she can sign in.
For example, if you have 2,000 trainees setup in Litmos but only 100 of them are actively trained each month you only need a 100 user Silver plan.
Or if you want to sell training courses and you don't know how many you will sell each month then your best bet is to go with the Starter plan.
What happens if I exceed my monthly active users limit?
We won't restrict you from adding new users when you need to. If you exceed the active users included in your plan you will be charged $5 per extra user at the start of the next billing period.
How does the 14 day free trial work?
All Litmos accounts start out as trial accounts.At any time during the first 14 days you can upgrade to a paid plan.
If you attempt login to Litmos after the trial period has expired you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan in order to proceed.
Can I change plans at anytime?
Yes. Simply click on the "Account" tab in your Litmos account to see billing options.
What forms of payment do you accept?
There's no setup fee or credit card required to trial Litmos for 14 days. When you're ready to upgrade your account we accept payment via Visa or Mastercard.
Payment by bank transfer can be arranged for annual accounts.
