LAS VEGAS, NV — Nov. 4, 2026 — Litmos, the Learning Acceleration Platform, today announced the 6 winners and 12 finalists of its 2026 Lenny Awards, which recognize Litmos customers that use learning to deliver measurable business-critical capabilities and results. BRP was named Learning Accelerator of the Year, and Elevate Aircraft Seating, Factor 8, Ocado, Jushi, and UnitedHealthcare took top honors in their categories. Litmos is celebrating the winners at DevLearn 2026 Conference & Expo, Nov. 4–6 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

This year’s winners show Learning Acceleration at work across workforce, partners, and customers. BRP and UnitedHealthcare certified external networks of dealer technicians and sales agents. Factor 8 built capability in its clients’ sales teams. Elevate Aircraft Seating, Jushi, and Ocado accelerated readiness and compliance across their own workforces. Each reported concrete business results, from lower turnover and fewer support contacts to faster compliance and revenue growth.

“AI is changing what every role requires, and skills now decay faster than traditional programs can retrain people. We call that the Capability Erosion Crisis,” said Eric Vermillion, CEO of Litmos. “This year’s Lenny Award winners and finalists show what it takes to keep pace. They’re certifying partner networks, reducing turnover, and reaching compliance faster, and they can point to the business results. That’s Learning Acceleration in practice, and we’re proud to celebrate these teams at DevLearn.”
