Litmos is attending DevLearn 2026 to talk about accelerated learning and celebrate Lenny Award winners.

The Capability Erosion Crisis doesn’t take a break for conference season. If anything, DevLearn is where it gets named out loud, argued over, and, with any luck, solved a little.

This November, Litmos will be at DevLearn 2026, the Learning Guild’s flagship conference and expo, running November 4–6 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. It’s the 22nd year of the show, and one of the few weeks where the entire learning technology industry — practitioners, vendors, analysts, and the leaders who fund all of it — ends up in the same rooms at the same time.

Here’s what we’re bringing, who we’re celebrating, and what else is worth clearing your calendar for.

Litmos at DevLearn 2026: Booth 222

Most of DevLearn’s sessions this year will be framed as conversations about AI. The more useful way to hear them is as conversations about capability — because the real constraint on what AI can do for an organization was never the technology. It’s whether the workforce, partners, and customers behind it can keep up.

Litmos calls that gap the Capability Erosion Crisis: the widening distance between how fast technology changes and how fast a business can build, activate, and evolve the human capabilities needed to match it. We know that 63% of employers cite skills availability as their biggest barrier to growth (World Economic Forum), which is why this has become a problem that can’t wait to be solved.

Litmos’s own benchmark data backs this up: across the most-assigned courses among 1,317 organizations and 1.76 million learners, 61% of learning investment goes to compliance, 29% to health and safety, and 9% to cybersecurity, leaving less than 1% for the capabilities, like leadership, communication, and AI literacy, that actually help people adapt. That’s the conversation worth having at DevLearn this year, in whatever session you’re sitting in.

Find us at Booth 222 on the expo floor if you want to keep having it. Stop by for a live look at the platform, meet six of our Lenny Award-winning customers, and catch Melissa Kruminas, VP of Learning Experience & Enablement at Litmos, presenting “The Learning Acceleration Journey: Benchmark Where You Stand, Leave With a Toolkit” on Wednesday, November 4, 1:45–2:15 PM on Stage D.

If you can’t make it to Vegas but still want to chat, book a meeting with our team any time — we’ll talk through how to accelerate learning for your workforce, partners, and customers in the AI era, and what that looks like in measurable business impact.

We’re also bringing six of our Lenny Award-winning customers to DevLearn to share their success stories and best practices in 1:1 conversations at the booth. Stop by to hear firsthand how they’re putting learning acceleration into practice, then stick around for a Q&A.

Celebrating the Customers Behind the Lenny Awards

DevLearn is where the industry talks about what’s next. The Lenny Awards are where we point to what’s already working.

The Lenny Awards recognize Litmos customers who’ve built learning programs that go beyond simply using the platform; programs with measurable adoption, real business outcomes, and impact that holds up under scrutiny. Past winners span customer training, sales enablement, service training, partner training, and employee training programs, across industries and company sizes.

Six of this year’s Lenny Award winners will be with us in Las Vegas, available at the booth to talk through what they built and why it worked. Look for their stories to carry past the show too, on the Litmos blog, customer stories page, and social channels.

Why “Accelerated Learning” Is the Theme This Year

Every DevLearn has a subtext. This year, ours is speed.

AI is changing work faster than most organizations can build the capabilities their workforce, partners, and customers need to keep pace. That gap between business needs and what people are prepared to do today is exactly what the Litmos DevLearn session digs into, and it’s the problem Litmos is built around: helping organizations build, activate, and evolve capability at the speed of AI, with value from Day 1 rather than months into a rollout.

Don’t Miss Learning Leadership, Running Just Before DevLearn

New this year: Learning Leadership, a standalone event for senior L&D leaders, is co-located with DevLearn for the first time — running November 2–3 at the MGM Grand, immediately before DevLearn’s November 4–6 dates. The Learning Guild has capped it at 400 attendees and built it around discussion-based sessions rather than presentations, so it’s less about watching sessions and more about comparing notes with peers facing the same budget, headcount, and AI-driven pressure.

A Dual Pass covers both events, so if you’re a learning leader trying to justify the trip, this is the year the math works better than usual: one flight, two events, and a lot more reason to bring your director-level team along.

Litmos will be there too, with Melissa Kruminas speaking Tuesday, November 3, 1:45–2:30 PM: “The way we talk about learning is killing our influence.” Melissa will dig into why learning leaders sit in a genuinely powerful spot in the AI era, but only if they can make the connection between learning and business outcomes unmistakable. The session is a practical framework for turning learning initiatives and metrics into a business impact story that lands at every level of the organization — not just a report on what the L&D team delivered, but a case for what it made possible.

What is Learning Leadership, and how is it different from DevLearn?

Learning Leadership is a new, invitation-scale event for senior L&D leaders, capped at 400 attendees and built around peer discussion rather than traditional sessions. It runs November 2–3 at the MGM Grand, immediately before DevLearn (November 4–6), and a Dual Pass covers both events for attendees who want to do both. Litmos has a presence there too, including a speaking session from Melissa Kruminas on Tuesday, November 3.

What is a Learning Acceleration Platform?

It’s the category Litmos operates in: a platform built to help organizations build, activate, and evolve capability across their workforce, partners, and customers as fast as AI is changing the skills those groups need — rather than a traditional LMS built around slower, employee-only training cycles.

How can I meet with Litmos at DevLearn 2026?
