Toolbox Talks – Ladder Safety (UK)

Ladders are involved in a third of falls from a height-related injuries, resulting in 1,200 major injuries and 14 deaths a year. This course will raise workers’ awareness of how to use ladders appropriately and safely. It will increase their awareness of the associated dangers, provide practical steps to take to reduce accidents by correctly setting up, and outline how to conduct pre-checks before using a ladder. It’s vital to know when and how to use a ladder safely, while working towards the relevant industry legislation.
