In the world we live in, it can be difficult to step away from the emails, the group texts, the work chat… It’s all-consuming. We’ll help make it easier. This course will give you some really simple pointers for unwinding from the stress of the day, and making sure the rest of your evenings and weekends are work-free, fun, and something you enjoy again.
