The Litmos AI Assistant is an embedded tool within the Litmos LMS that is available to admins, learners, and managers on desktop and mobile. Leveraging generative AI, the Litmos AI Assistant provides instant personalized course summaries, course recommendations, and learner progress reports through natural language interaction. For instance, a learner may ask the AI Assistant to summarize the key takeaways from a compliance course by simply asking the question in the same conversational tone they might ask an instructor. The AI Assistant pulls relevant information from within the LMS course library, based on the courses that administrators choose to include. Best of all, the AI Assistant will include citations, so that a user can easily navigate to the source material for more information. The AI Assistant also streamlines routine tasks for managers and admins, giving them the ability to see learner progress and automatically assign recommended courses. Our proprietary AI infrastructure provides granular control, so administrators can choose what course content the AI Assistant uses. The infrastructure that Litmos AI Assistant is built on is GDPR, SOC II, CCPA compliant and will never share customer data outside of the customer tenant.
